a lot of the time people cut the leaves away from the cauliflower and throw them out, but the are actually edible, i like to just use the as a side or sometimes i add them to potatoes or even ramen noodle dishes just like you would with bok choi.
Ingredients
cauliflower leaves
1 clove of garlic
red chilli
1/2 lemon
spring onion
so you want to start off by frying the leaves in a pan slightly, while that is cooking finely chop your garlic, spring onion and chilli.
after a couple of minutes add the garlic, chilli and spring onion to the pan, also juice the lemon into the pan and add some water so it creates a bit of a stock, season with salt and pepper and place a lid on top
let that simmer for another 5 minutes and then plate up!
