use up cauliflower by turning it in to a creamy alfredo sauce, perfect for a pasta dish.
ingredients
200g cauliflower
2 garlic cloves
500ml milk of choice
50g cheese or nutritional yeast (optional)
Dijon mustard (optional)
How To Make cauliflower alfredo
add the cauliflower to a pan and boil for 15 mins or at least until the cauliflower is soft.
once the cauliflower is cooked drain the water and add the other ingredients and cook for a further 5 mins
after that blend it all up into a smooth creamy sauce ( you may need a little water to unthicken the sauce)
now its ready to add to your pasta or however you like to eat it.
enjoy!
